Help recovering a 360 account I used many years ago

Ok, some backstory, my original Xbox live account was deadrise120 and I played on that account for many years. That Xbox eventually stopped working because of it's age, and I got a new 360. Now when that original account was first made, it was by my older
brother (since I was still very young at the time, I would have to take a wild guess and say around 2007 or 2008) and he used an unknown email and password which he cannot remember. I called support and waited about a good six hours before I was on the line
with a very polite employee, he pretty much told me that without the email and password he couldn't assist me. After that I just ended up making a new account (this one, ) and I upgraded to an Xbox one. That account has been inactive for years
now and it's obvious that I own the account considering it's been inactive as long as my current account has been active. I can give as much information as you like as proof, names, addresses, etc. I just want my old and original account back already.

Need help

Hello,

When I first got my xbox 360 many years ago I used my parents email and or account to set up the xbox gold member ship and now I am stuck with their information as my account. I was reaching out to see if I will be able to swap in my Microsoft account and
take theirs off of the account.

6 Year Old Gamertag Recovery - No account information

I had an account many years ago by the name of AlexJamesDean.

This account shares the name of my twitter profile, facebook page, youtube channel, soundcloud and even my website.

Xbox will not allow me to recover the account as I have no access to the email or phones connected to the account.

Is there any other way I can go about recovering this as I think it would help me grow my social media popularity.

Hi there,

There has been nothing said recently about recycling inactive accounts. The one time Microsoft recycled accounts, they were accounts from the original Xbox I believe, and that was a couple years ago.

I have a gamertag from many, many years ago that I log into once in a great while just to show activity. I do the same thing with the email accounts I use to use.

I forgot to mention few months ago I did get another account recovered that I used after the main one Im trying to recover, and I've not signed in that one in around 5 years and that didn't expire..

We wouldn't be able to help you recover anything on your account through here. Are you sure this is the email address associated with the account you used to use many years back? It's possible you had more than 1 account, perhaps tied to a different email
address.
