Help! PUR-ProcessorDeclined???

A year ago I blocked the Xbox Live payment by going into my bank and blocking it, ive unblocked it this week but every time i try to buy an xbox live membership on the console it says 'use a different way of paying' we cant get authorisation for this purchase
if you have questions contact you payment provider. so I did this and theyve said theyve unblocked it but the payment still wont go through. I also cant redeem any codes as it says there's a problem on xboxs half?

Sorry to hear you're having issues. More than likely this has been caused by the removal then re adding of the card. First, please try contacting the card support number to ensure that Xbox is not being blocked from purchasing on the card.

If everything is fine on that end then get in touch with Xbox support by arranging a call back from them. They can help you sort out the billing issue on your account. You can fill out the form to request a call back via this link

Evet yeni bir Xbox Game Pass almaya çalışıyorum, 1 Mart saat 17.00 civarlarında yaptım (GMT +3), Xbox'ın kendi sitesinden aldım, Microsoft hesabımı kontrol ettim hiçbir satın alma gözükmüyor, Maalesef ki hata ekranının fotoğrafını alamadım ama hata PUR-ProcessorDeclined adlıydı ve yanılmazsam Use a Different way to pay diye de başlığı vardı, evet ücreti takip edebiliyorum.
