Help problems with update Xbox one

Guys please help. it's summer update, download the "reset ..... will be made" after writing. The console is turned on but is not included. If you turn over geypad or through a button on the console that says that it is necessary to update the console ....
and again all around.

What I tried:

1. to reset to the factory-not helped

2. set OSU 3, OSU-2 did not fit (E101XXXXXXXXXX error)

3. set OSU 1 setting reaches 100%, the console switched but do not switch on. What would need to turn to put out the memory stick with iOS, it on but once again needs an update.

WHAT TO DO ???

Can you please try following the update troubleshooting guide below hopefully this will help with your problems.

How to Update Your Xbox 360

 

Try this:

1.Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

2.Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

3.Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

4.Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

5.Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

6.Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

7.Choose "Reset this Xbox" from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter window.

 

I did it. reset to factory did not help.
