Help? Problem with gold.

Hi,i saw there was a deal for xbox live gold (3 months for the price of 1) that ends on monday. Whenever i go on my account and try to buy 3months of gold,it tells me its 29.99$,instead of 12.99$. I really don't understand whats going on.

When i'm not connected to my account,its works fine,i get the 3months/12.99$ deal but as soon as i connect...

Please do not post the same question in multiple threads. As I mentioned in your other post you'll need to either repair or replace your console.

If you are both using the same console then your brother will need to set the console as his home Xbox once he has done this you should hopefully then be able to share his Gold membership privileges.

This is most likely an issue with automatic renewal and/or the credit card tied to your gamertag.
