Help problem recovering gamertag

Everytime I try to sign in or recover gamertag on my xbox360 it says email/password did not match. However, it is the correct email and password and I can sign in on pc just fine. Any solutions? Only seems to be a problem on my xbox.

Recovering Gamertag problem.

The internet's only recently been re-connected at my house, and when I went to recover my gamertag a load of my gamerscore was missing (Primarily for Dead Island). Is there no way of getting that back?

Recovering Gamertag problem...

So, I can't download my Gamertag because it says 'Canot Download xbox live porifle right now. Please try again later'. Anyone got any solutions or has this happend to anyone?

I would recommend to first clear you system cache on you console if you are still having issues after that you might want to just change your password and then try it again on your console. If after that you are still having issues check to see if your security
info is updated, you can do this by going to account.live.com and then logging in once you are in go to where it say security info on the left hand side and make sure that the info there is up to date and verify anything that needs to be verified such as the
email on file or phone number.

Have you attempted to go live with any other account? (if applicable)
Have you attempted to use your live credentials to login to the Xbox Live site?
Have you contacted Xbox Support that your account has not been dissolved or suspended?

Your account may be suspended but if this is not the case check to make sure your connected to the internet and/or you have the correct information entered
