HELP: Preview Program App not working

Hi,

A friend invited me to the Preview Program and I received a message on my Xbox ONE console asking me to install the app. When I do so, it states that my console is already registered to the program and the app fails to proceed.

I have never been in the program, my console is a refurb which was wiped clean, and I have deleted and reinstalled my gamertag after calling MS Tech Support on THREE separate occasions.

What can be done to fix this problem? I'd like to be a part of this program and received an invitation and my account has always been in good standing.

I previously posted about this problem (PER TECH SUPPORT'S suggestion) and received no help directly from MS.

Smartglass beta

The beta app coincides with the preview program, so if you don't use it and instead use the normal app, you won't be able to use the features in the current preview update that work with smartglass.

My friend had invited me for 3-4 times to the preview program, and I still did not recieve a message from xbox live to download my preview program app. Please help!

 

Have you tried hard resetting? Other than that after a day or two hopefully it may fix itself.

 

It's best to post this in the preview forums nobody here can assist you regarding access to the program.

wait till a mod grants you access to the forums.

If you recently got a account suspension there is likely no chance of you getting into the program however if you waited a year then you can be accepted into the program.

 

@PurpleNurpe, I cannot post in the preview threads as I do not have access. SUPPORT has not been able to grant access and told me to post here and wait for a moderator. This was 3 weeks ago. Apparently they don't exist?

I have never been suspended and have gotten the error message as you stated and done as you suggested in at least three other places here.

I'm basically at the THE END. And not happy about the lack of explanation.

 

Who moderates here? I'd like a chance to contact someone in the PREVIEW PROGRAM as the suggested link above by "Purple..." does not work for me.

I received the invite into the Preview Program but thus far no one in SUPPORT has been very supportive.
