    Hello Microsoft.

    Today, I bought a prepaid code and when I try to use it, this error message appears. I don't understand because I have never changed anything on my settings. My prepaid code has been bought in FRANCE and my xBox One is set in France ..

    Sorry to hear about the issue with redeeming the codes. Have you tried the Prepaid Code Troubleshooting guide yet? Sometimes that can help out. Where are you physically
    located currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Try to redeem the code on xbox.com HERE and let us know if you're also seeing the same error
    message and error code. Please also post the error message and error code here as well.

    The problem is finally solved because a gave a call to Microsoft's support so you can delete this post.
