HELP! preordered dark below I have played for months now I cant play it wants me to repurchase

As expected, my request for a refund was denied. The purchase is almost 3 years old. I said this was going to happen.

Now i cant play the game, i cant repurchase it and no one can help me.

I have the exact same problem and it is infuriating. All I want to do is play Dark Souls and I can't. I can't even repurchase it, as it says I already own it. I would say that I hope Microsoft gets their act together on this, but it's been the case for
the past 8+ months, so I am not hopeful.

Im trying to play Subnautica Below Zero. It worked fine a few months ago. Now that ive wanted to replay it but i cant. Its through the Game Pass

I have the same issue. I preordered Cold War in September and played the Beta. I’ve been playing since the game came out and randomly last night, it says i cant play because i dont have the game. I then go to microsoft store and it says i already
own the game and “launch game”. When i click that it still says i cant play because i dont own it. Pretty annoying

The same thing happend to me I pre orderd coldwar a month or so ago and ive been playing it since it came out but now it says i didnt buy it

im having the same trouble, preordered the digital deluxe, donwloaded sting hulk and showcase np, but when i decided to move it to my external hard drive, it showed error and on restart it moved but the sting file is missing and i cant access. now the game
cant sync and tells me that if i play ill rewrite and lose my data. help me out with this
