Help! port-preserving port-symmetric NAT?

We've tried everything we can think of and everything we've read to get an open NAT. We've had it be open a few times, only for it to change to strict soon after. Before getting the Xbox One, we had the 360 up and running with no problems, but
can't seem to be able to get the One to do the same...any advice?

Router brand & model number: Netgear, WNR2000v4

Wired or wireless: Wired

Things you have tried: Port forwarding, DMZ (Modem to router and router to Xbox one), diabled firewall, static IP, QoS, tried many different routers, and probably a bunch of other things I can't remember.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Strict

Any Error Codes you encounter: Network is behind a port-preserving port-symmetric NAT

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Comcast

Detailed NAT info says: Your network is behind a port-preserving port-symmetric NAT.

 

Some routers/modems/gateways do not support a double DMZ setup

Could you try port forwarding your Xbox on your router and putting your router on DMZ with your modem ?

 

We had it set up DMZ to the Router and ports open from router to Xbox previously, it didn't to anything to make a difference.

 

Did you make sure your Xbox One has a static IP ?

This is what I want you to do

1. On your Xbox while on the home menu press the menu button and select
   Settings
2. From there you select Network
   
   You might want to write down the information on the right side;Subnet mask, Gateway
   
3. You then select Advanced settings This will allow you to configure your IP
   
4. You select manual DHCP selection and you will be prompted to enter an IP
   
   Try to make the IP in between 192.168.*.100 and 192.168.*.200
   
   The " * " stands for the subnet which you can copy from your gateway as this can differ for some people gateway usually looks like 192.168.0.1 so just copy the 0 in this case
   
   
5. After that you will be asked for the Subnet which you just copy from what your wrote down
   
   
6. You also just copy the gateway from what you wrote down
   

After these steps you will want to find DHCP reservation on your router,( it's not necessary but it's recommended )



In DHCP reservation you enter your XBox One's IP adress and MAC adress this will prevent your router to assign that IP to any other device in your network

 

It already has one. It's even stated in my post that I tried static IP.

 

Bro Even i m having the same problem .. i have done all the things which are stated above and with no success my nat is still strict..even i had no problem in my xbox 360.. but this xbox one is just not letting me to play multiplayer..please someone help
me ..PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Have you tried disabling UPnP as this can give issues when port forwarding

 

Please help every video that I watch trying to find out their not working at all just please help I hate this port symmetric Nat so much
