help plz sone lost account /gamertag etc

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your son deleted his account from his console, and you need assistance with recovering his account. Is he using the Xbox One or Xbox 360? He does need to know his email address and password
in order to recover the account. Once he has that information, you can
download his profile back to the console. The steps we provided are for a Xbox One. We have support articles which provide steps on how to

recover the email address and
password of a Microsoft account.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, we suggest reaching out to the
Xbox Support Team. They will be able to look up the account with his gamertag, verify the account, and provide you with the account information after they can verify the account with you. We will provide steps on how to contact the Xbox Support Team. Be

How to contact the Xbox Support Team:

1. Click the support team link we provided
2. Select Contact Us
3. Select Account & profile in the first drop down box
4. Select I need a Microsoft account in the second drop down box
5. Select Next
6. Select Chat Online or Request a call

Gamertag changes have no bad effects on your profile or games, you're safe to change whenever you please . Your new gamertag will automatically appear in new games and will still be linked to EA, Ubisoft etc. No progress will be lost and the linked
accounts will automatically get the new gamertag

if there wasn't a Microsoft Account (email address) attached to that 360 gamertag then there is no way to recover it.

A gamertag can be redownloaded when there is a Microsoft Account connected.

If you create a new Microsoft Account then you can create a new Xbox Live Account on it which can be used for online gaming and browsing the store etc. (Online gaming will require a Gold subscription though) but progress on games, purchases and gamerscore
etc is usually saved on the Profile itself so that's all lost.

Man, I'd just keep that one! I got a good laugh out of it, hahaha and calling MS? Hahaha, I bet you'd have some interesting remarks about it, no?
