HELP PLZ I CAN'T SEND MESSAGES

Discus and support HELP PLZ I CAN'T SEND MESSAGES in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; What happened is i just can't send messages i haven't been banned and I've tried all other solutions...It led me here.Also i have signed out and back...     HELP PLZ I CAN'T SEND MESSAGES


    What happened is i just can't send messages i haven't been banned and I've tried all other solutions...It led me here.Also i have signed out and back in over and over. I haven't played in like two weeks yet it did it then to. It's been doing it ever since
    the emoji update. Can i maybe downgrade.HELP!

    Plz help whenever I send a message it says message failed to send and I'm not banned or anything and just want to send a few messages. Plz help. Thank you!

    hi Lucario0406 i am having the same issue, are you using SmartGlass App ? and have you tried signing in to your account on xbox.com and tried sending a message from there ? as that works for me as a temporary fix.

    Same i cant send messages to anyone, but my standing are at good player and have no recent enforcement action taken upon me, this is probably a bug with xbox live.

    Sorry to hear about the issue sending messages on the console. Are you able to send messages on xbox.com or on a mobile device using the Xbox App? What error message are you seeing on the console? Give

    this guide     a shot including updating your security proofs and let us know if it helps out!

    We also don't have the ability to give away free Xbox Live Gold, you'll want to keep an eye out for any sales or promotions for that.
