Help plz, error code 0x80070079

Im trying to put in an Xbox 360 disk for Black Ops in my Xbox One but when I do it doesn't even show up, sometimes that error code will show up and when I go into apps and games it says installation stopped. I've already restarted the Xbox multiple times.

I am having the same issue and same error code pop up when I try to install Red Dead Redemption. I've tried a hard reset, full shut down, and even restarted my router, but nothing helped.

Thanks for replying Misses Quinzel, it wasn't working with a pre-owned disk but I got a new one and it worked fine.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your console. I do have a question when you performed the factory reset is it a soft factory reset or a full factory reset? As well when exactly do you get this
