    A friend created the account "Familiar" then he sold the Xbox 360 to me and does not remember the password of the account "Familiar", which I want to remove but I do not have the password and I would need help with that please

    HELP PLIS

    You should be able to delete the account without any need for the password.

    Just delete it straight from the HDD.

    Hello gamer,

    there are two solutions you can try for your issue:

    1. reset the router

    2. Change the MTU setting to the value 1500
