Help please. Xbox One tampered with?

Hey,

Basically I sent off my xbox one for repair as it turns itself off over and over again within 10 minutes of turning it on.

Sent in a box wrapped up with UPS and IS under warranty (9 out of 12 months used).

They sent the console back saying it has been modified or tampered with and I 100% know it wasnt when i sent it.

The sticker on the back was now pealed and i literally touched it when the console came back and it fell off,

I have rang xbox support and spoke too 2 different people and they said that there is nothing they can do, which I understand.

What can i do? The console is clearly overheating and is under warranty yet they send a simple printed off sheet of paper saying tampered.

no, I'd say you are gonna be deleting that profile completely and starting over. when you get the profile tampered message it means that the T-10 system has detected you cheating in some form and has banned the profile. if you have or have not doesn't matter
to us on this forum and we can do nothing but direct you to the T-10 email address where you can try to straighten it out. look in this "Title-Specific Suspensions from games or forums" thread at the top of the forza page to find the email addy.... good luck,
I'd say you are probably starting over.

Error code!!! please help!!! tampered

When I tried playing forza 4. But it lets me play any other game. An error messege comes up saying my profile has been tampered. Do you think maybe buying a new disk will work.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that anyone in the forums can do as it is primarily supported by gamers like yourself. You should contact support directly and have them to escalate your case to a higher level. support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

Do not open your Xbox, That is tampering. Please submit it for repair.

Hi there! I understand your frustration, but you will need to file a complaint with XBOX Live. Here's how to do that:

1. Press the guide button on your controller. It's the big X button in the middle.

2. Select Friends, then go to the Player tab.

3. Select File Complaint, then select File Complaint again.

4. Select one of the general reasons for filing the complaint. In this case, it is Tampering.

5. Select one of the specific reasons. Choose either Feedback Tampering, System Tampering or Cheating.

6. Select File Complaint. That's it!

Please note that it does take some time for the enforcement team to respond to inquiries, as they get thousands of them. Hope that helps!
