Help please urgent Xbox freezes when started and is very slow when exploring dashbored

Hi I'm a Xbox user as u can tell mad about my Xbox one and believe it is a very dud one my Xbox is very slow when doing browse the games dashbored in general but never when playing a game I was fine with it I had patience a few days later it kept freezeing
again I was fine and then finally it froze constantly and now I. Can't even start games up or anything pls help

Just Cause 3 running slow

Hi

My Just cause 3 game on the xbox one is running really slow and sometime the game freezes. I can't play the game normal when it is running so slow.

Can someone please help me! I play the game with a DISK.

Xbox One Lag

PLEASE HELP URGENT. My Xbox one is constantly lagging and there is severe latency and input delay. There are also a lot of glitches and lagging when i try to play games or start up apps. This is very upsetting and annoying and i have tried many things to
try and fix this but this problem still persists. Please help, I'd appreciate it very much. Thank you.

Hmmm never mind just had to unplug it and replug it seems to work now

I do have it installed. Seems my whole xbox is struggling. Very slow to log in when I start BO2 getting a black screen and freeze up

At first, I had an issue installing CoD:Ghosts myself. I have a very slow connection, which it took a long, LONG time. When you say it 'freezes', does the console lock up (Can't hit the XBox button and go back to the start screen)? How long have you had
it running when it gets up to that %?

The console only freezes when I start sending messages from the double tap. After 10 or 15 messages it'll just start slowing down then eventually freeze. It's a bug with this new dashboard.
