    Ok so this may be long and I KNOW THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE TO POST IT BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE ELSE TO POST IT???

    Basically I have had an account on xbox (360 all the way up to right now on the xboxone ) that has been my main account. I have had maybe a few voice communication suspensions through those 8 years or so but nothing insane compared to a friend who
    has had like 9 voice comm bans. Anywho I woke up yesterday with a permanent ban for something along the lines of abuse all the way through to network manipulation being the possible reason. Anywho as I knew this was a mess up I sent through a case review yesterday
    asking them to explain what I have done. Today they replied and basically the person wrote back: This account received a temporary communications suspension as the result of disruptive behavior or communications. This suspension was issued following an investigation
    that included consistent community feedback which helped establish a pattern of negative behavior. This suspension does not prevent the account from using Xbox Live or playing online multiplayer, but does prevent the use of communications features, including
    chat and messaging. At the conclusion of the suspension, all functionality will be automatically restored.

    So basically is was just a voice comm ban and I am still suppose to be able to play xbox live but just not comm but my ban ends 31/9/9999

    And it is a ban that stops me from even signing in let alone play games. Now I can't file another case review and I don't know who to email or ring etc any helps on direction guys? :/

    I need help! I have been in contact with support many times and i need someone who knows the process to please look at my case and help me! I get no response from the customer advocacy team. Please someone see this and escalate this case. I am begging
    for support and really really wish to be treated like a customer. I beg please again someone look at my case and call me! I need your help!!

    Banned Till 12/31/9999

    My main account got banned for no reason at all.My gamertag is Restless dV.6 Years and I get permanently banned for doing nothing wrong.Someone please help me. The enforcement team don't care at all.If someone can look into my case and give me some answers
    i would appreciate it a lot.

    Unfortunately, there's no other way to contact the enforcement team. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. No other form of support handles suspensions/bans.

  5. No it does not help because if you read it fully I am asking for help/guidance. The person who did the case review knows it is a comm ban but has not read my case properly as someone accidentally made it a permanent ban for everything not just a temporary
    comm ban. So I need to somehow contact them because I cant file another case review.

  7. So what, I am suppose to just be like ok, Il let my account of all these years just remain permanent banned because some guy made a mistake in banning my account instead of being a communication ban, does that sound logical?

    This is so unfair, like the guy who did the case review clearly did not even look at my ban or my words that I wrote in the original case reply as he would not have sent that message back, so the only way to contact them is used up on some guy who did not
    even do his job?

    Actually it would.be correct youndont know how suspension works

    If you have multiple violations of the terms of use including communication bans in a short period you can invite the perm ban

    If one person reports multiple.violations on you

    Time.to.change your behaviour and yes the case review is your only option

    Tis shows that it was a communication ban not suppose to be a permanent ban and I AM still able to access online multiplayer as stated above. I have not sent anything even close to harassment or abuse in the past two months.

    the account from using Xbox Live or playing online multiplayer ". But he did not fix up my account and now there is no way to reply to that case filed or start a new one. My only option is to send out emails to Microsoft and ask for management to get to the
    bottom of this. This account has hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars invested in DLC etc and Gamerscore and such and now because of an error I cannot use it.

    If there was something any of us could do here to help you, we would, but unfortunately there just isn't. Since the enforcement team stopped using the forums there is no other way to contact them. I do agree that it sucks, but there isn't anything we can
