    Help please... My Xbox Gold years of service randomly change from 15 years to 11 years.


    Hello,

    I did a search on this and it appeared to be a known issue about 4 years ago. Does anyone know how I can get my years of gold service corrected? It should be 15 years but this week it randomly changed to 11 years.

    I called xbox support and they see my start date as 2002 but they said all they can do is note my account that it's incorrect.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!

    I have this issue. I even have a 10 year anniversary award, "They Got Theirs for Ten Years of Xbox Live", and my years show as 9 instead of 15.

    My Xbox Gold years of service randomly changed from 15 to 11

    It happened to other users as well. Give it some time. It will eventually show the correct Xbox Live tenure.
