Help please my xbox 360 arcade edition wont boot up!

I have problem with my xbox 360 arcade edition everytime I turn in on my xbox 360 it turn on but it wont boot up.

here's the scenario:

if I power on my xbox thru power button or controller it will turn on

after that controller will lights up for 1 sec and light will turn off. my xbox 360 will turn on power button has green light stable and not reading or even blinking just like before when it running ok.

fan at the back is running but very slow and sometimes 1 fan is running the other one is not but same very slow it's look like not enough power running on my xbox and the adaptor fan run very fast and noisy it has green light.

I open my xbox for cleaning purposes but before I open my xbox it works like a charm can anyone help me about this ?

xbox 360 wont boot up

when i turn my xbox 360 on it stays on the 1st xbox screen for about 10 minutes at least then eventually says restart console then boots up but cant find anything no xbox live no previous games or anything. can anybody help?

Hi there! Can you try and take out the hard drive and boot the console up with out the hard drive on? If it boots correctly then try it again with the hard drive. Then if it doesnt boot correctly then im afraid you'll need a new hard drive.

First, when you were cleaning it, are you sure you didn't hit/knock a wire/connection loose? Not all sodder joints can hold up to being jostled. Sometimes there is just enough sodder to make a connection, but one wrong hit, and they can break loose. By the
sounds of it, that might be just what happened.

Second, you should never open a console (or any electronic device), not only does it void the warranty, but also any chance to have it repaired by the manufacturer if it's faulty after the warranty expires.
