HELP PLEASE MY CONSOLE IS BROKEN

ive just turned my xbox one on and its making a really loud buzzing noise. also theres no picture on my tv screen. since ive had the console its never been moved . and ive always been very careful when using it as it took me over a year to save up for it.
please help someone. oh if this helps ive already registered the console online when i brought it brand new last july. so there is still warranty on it..

can support please reset my home console license?

hi I've been on the Xbox one a while, my first one broke, my Second one is lost and my third was also broken, this is my forth and I homed all those consoles, I was wondering if my home console license could be reset for this xbox, witch I will take care
of dearly. PLEASE HELP

Try holding down the power button on the front of the console for 8-10 sec. Unplug your console from the wall for 15-30 sec the plug back in and power back on. Hopefully this will fix the problem your having. If it doesn't you might need a repair. Let me
know what happens.

which country are you in, local laws help, if UK go the CRA route (consumer rights act) this will make them sort the issue by law. other countries have similar laws, if you are in the US then sorry you are out of luck.

Thanks for patiently waiting.

We receive an update from the team that checked your case number. The team found out that the serial number was tampered and any modification to the device voids you with the warranty. Therefore, it is out of warranty.
