Help Please my account has been Hacked

Ive been a loyal customer for over ten years. On friday 9/8/2017 i received emails to my microsoft account email for a password reset code. I didn't request one. i hadn't checked my email until sunday but by then it had been too late. My email to my account
no longer exist instead the email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** has taken over my account. i am locked out and extremely upset. I have always been a faithful customer never straying from the xbox console. the fact that something like this can happen is deeply upsetting. If
my account is unable to be retrieved this will be the end of a long and joyful relationship.

You mentioned you've called and filed an Unauthorized Access claim? If so, you've done all you can do. These investigations can take up to 45 days to complete, so while i know it's hard, hang tight; our team will get to the bottom of this.
