Please check first if your Game pass Ultimate or Game pass for console subscription is active from this link, https://account.microsoft.com/services/.

If it's active, on the same subscription page, please try turning off the recurring billing for the subscription. After doing that, restart your console then try playing or downloading any game from Game pass and see if it works.

I have the same problem, cant download a bunch of pc games, there is only one game pass, I have the ultimate that includes everything this should work

As per checking the screenshot, it looks like that it was meant for your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to be converted to PC Game Pass on February 1, 2022, but you will still be able to use the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate that you have.

Can you please do check the status of your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate if it's active?
