    So, Hello I had an friend that I knew for a while he went on my account and swapped my gamertag to a fresh silver using my paypal that was on my main account to use 10$ to swap it to a fresh silver and the gamertag had Value to me and I actually liked that
    tag nearly loved it. I would do anything for it back If I can please get contacted about this matter I will really appreciate it. I have proof and everything I need to show about the activity that happen to make this possible the employees from xbox phone
    support both of them tried to help me on matter of forcing an gamertag change on the account that the kid swapped my gamertag to. I will appreciate if this matter gets resolved.

  2. Banned and cant dispute as dont know why

    I have been told by Xbox live agent via chat that my console is banned from all live features, I have no reason why, no clue what we have done, just been told banned for life, tried to contact enforcement team but no joy, ban doesn't show up on enforcement
    page either, anybody help me please,

    The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would have to try filing a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him, but that does not guarantee they will issue a forced gamertag change.

    The only other thing you can do is continue working with support to see if there is anything they can do.

    O.o I've just found this on one of my Xbox Live accounts that was suspended back in May 2018. Why hasn't this been lifted yet though??

    It says that support are unable to help in these sorts of situations as it is an Enforcement matter. I've been told support agents and enforcement agents have no contact with each other, Which i think is stupid.

    my account was banned by a enforcement team member after I beat him in a game, how is this fair to me?

    it had to have been a enforcement team member cause it popped on my actual bans but had no detail of why And it wouldn't let me appeal, I've told to support and I have been told they can't do anything that I need to get contact with enforcement team. but there is no way or at Least I don't have a way to do that since I can't appeal

    if it wasn't a team member on your side could someone then please unban and reregister my account please? I've been talking and emailing people the last two days with either no reply or help
