help please game not working

just bought halo master chief collection yesterday installed it plus the 18 gb update and it wont play i get to the title screen that says push start and then it just gives me the background and music nothing else have tried reinstalling it and still nothing

Game not working please help

Ok so my problem is every time I start up Modern Warfare 3 it goes to a black screen then says disconnected from live like im going to update then sends me back to the dashboard connected to live. Anything I could do to fix this problem?

fixed just did a cold reboot

I am having the same problem, I am not sure what a cold reboot is but I have shut my One down, unplugged everything and then tried it again. Still doing the same thing. Could it be the disc? Or is something else going on?

you could try deleting the last MW3 update from your hard drive and try downloading it again
