help please, from an xbox 360 parent

Hi all,

i am a parent and thought id made the xbox super security tight.

only problem is my son is tryng to install a game and needs a 4 digit code! we have forgotten the code!

a question pops up, guess what? i have forgotten the answer!

how can i sort this issue as my son is understandably annoyed he has a new game and cant use it !!

Unable to add son to xbox one

As above,

Select child
Sign in as parent
get to the 50c card authorisation, add card details
Then get card already exists on account - go through screens - again!!

Then after about 10 minutes updating account it fails with code 45468.7036976521340.5055251569016685

Go to xbox errorhelp - can't find it

Can anybody help please we are pulling our hair out on this

Just to say the card is on account from xbox and also Microsoft accounts linked to the parents account!

parents microsoft account not valid

today I'm a adult and my account still a child so I remove myself from the family ( via the parents account on Xbox 360) but now when I try to sign in it say "parents Microsoft account not valid" so I waited 7 seven days and made a new parent account and
it WORKED......only for Xbox one and pc and now when I try to sign in to Xbox 360 it still says "parents Microsoft account not valid" someone please help me
