    Help please!!! Console stopped functioning after preview update.


    Hi, I have been referred here by xbox support chat operator. After I have updated console today it is stopped functioning, after it starts whatever I do, its freezes and asking me to do hard restart and same problem appears afterwards. Error code is 0x80070102.
    I cant even get to settings to do whatever. Please help, very frustrating and I really hope that participation in preview program will not cost me a new console.

    You'll want to post in the
    Xbox One Insider Program Forums     for the best information and assistance. Since the update is still in the early stages, things may not work correctly at times as it is a Beta. So they'll have the best insight and be able to troubleshoot any potential
    unknown issues. If you want to opt out of the Insider Program, you can do so from the Insider App on the console. Keep in mind thought that doing so, will cause your console to factory reset and any games and apps will need to be reinstalled to the console.

    That being said, please let us know if you have any issues viewing the forum I linked to. We'll be happy to assist!

    Xbox updating all the time.

    Hey there.

    Your console is likely still in the preview program, so you're now receiving the preview updates for the next system update that will be released to the public soon. If you'd like to stop getting the preview updates, you'll need to unenroll your console
    through the Preview Dashboard app - the unenrollment will take effect once this update being tested is released to the public... you'll only receive the monthly public updates after that.
