HELP!PLEASE! As i was playing my account stoped and it tells me its not gold

i have 2 mounths to the expiry date and my account stoped working.when i checked my email it tells me

blackops cant conect to server

since i got this messege i have stoped playing xbox and havent renewed it ? blackops is the only game i play

and treyarch wont fix this. Somone please help me my gamertag is ? i love my account and its so unfair

that treyarch doesnt fix this.

 

Xbox wont let me upgrade from free to a gold membership.

I stoped playing xbox for a while and when i got back on my account had expired. Now when i try to buy a gold membership it either just gots back to the purchase screen or gives me and error code(8007000B). PLEASE HELP I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO
