Help ! Permanent vibrations of my controller !

I possess a wired controller Xbox 360, my problem is rather relevant, since a few weeks my controller vibrates ceaselessly, even by having
the Xbox 360 off it continues to vibrate. I was able to deactivate the function of the vibrations, but unsuccessfully. Is there a resolution with this problem or should I buy an other one ?

Controller stopped vibrating after update

Like the title says. I play with vibration on and after a recent controller update has broken my vibration. Even when I go to setting and buzz the controller, nothing. It is fully charged and vibration works fine on my second controller.

This most certainly sounds like a faulty controller. If it is still under warranty you can send it in for a repair. Otherwise you'd probably be better off buying a new controller.

there is no option to permanently disable controller vibration in the xbox one settings. the only way to do it is to turn it off in the game options of whatever game you are playing, if that option is offered for that particular game. some games do, some
games (Battlefield 4, for example) do not.

this is a serious oversight my Microsoft, and i hope they put out an update soon, as controller vibration can be extremely distracting.

Neither of my two controllers is vibrating anymore and the batterypack is 3 bars, please help!!

Hello. Thank you for posting on the xbox forums. To adjust the vibration on your controller. Follow the steps in the following link. Some games allow you to change the vibration from the in-game menu. May be worth a look. Hope this helps.
