HELP: Parental lock problems.

So, I recently got my Project Spark beta key, and I'm super excited to play it, but before I can I have to accept the new terms of agreement that were put in place a coule of months ago. I logged onto my account and accepted the new terms, but xbox said
I have to have my parents agree to it too. Problem is, I have no parental account linked to my profile, no way of linking a new parental profile to my account and no way of finding out if there IS a parental account latched onto mine somewhere. I have found
no solutions on any of the other forum posts or anywhere else on xbox support. PLEASE HELP ME.

Examples are your locale of the marketplace is based on your account region and if you have a different console region then your actual region it will cause problems including region locks and split billing if you add a different billing option then your
account region

Xbox 360 marketplace has different requirements including parental and regional settings neither of which are the same on xbox one

You cannot change your regional settings on their fly on xbox 360 and doing so causes problems including region locks

Also parental settings there is no unrestricted setting on xbox 360

So the marketplace must still check within the parental accounr

For second-hand consoles with parental controls already on them, you will need to call up Xbox support (US callers: 1-800-4MY-XBOX) to help reset the parental locks.

There is a unique button code you press somewhere on the System settings menu, which resets the parental locks. The Xbox representative will ask for your console's serial number and tell you what to press.

Has anybody got ahold of your account and messes with it, if not call Microsoft 1-801-469-9269 tell them your issue and they can help you. I hope i have helped and have a nice day.

 

Well what happens when it says "your parents have to agree to it"? Does it make you sign into an account?

If it does, try your account log in info. If that doesn't work, call Xbox support. Also, Project Spark doesn't come out till February, so as of now it is only available on windows 8.1.
