HELP parent account inaccessible

I have a bit of a problem because my account is a chipd account, I need to change it to be able to play online but it need to log in to the parent account, that's my uncles account burn unfortunately he died a couple of years ago sothetes no watch of finding
the account, what should I do?

Unable to add son to xbox one

As above,

Select child
Sign in as parent
get to the 50c card authorisation, add card details
Then get card already exists on account - go through screens - again!!

Then after about 10 minutes updating account it fails with code 45468.7036976521340.5055251569016685

Go to xbox errorhelp - can't find it

Can anybody help please we are pulling our hair out on this

Just to say the card is on account from xbox and also Microsoft accounts linked to the parents account!

for something like this it might be best to contact Xbox Support, to see what they advise or can do in such situation.

We were unable to reproduce this error. This is likely a user connectivity issue. You may wish to attempt clearing your browser's cache. We can adjust the November survey Credits to your account, but in the meanwhile, to help get our web team started on
diagnosing why this occurred, can you recall what web browser you were using at the time of this issue?

Hey mate, when you put a different HDD in a console your profile with have issue signing-in. He will need to delete his profile from the HDD (profile only), clear the system cache. Restart the console and then re-download his profile using his email and
password associated with the gamertag.

Still am unable to sign in to account using Google Chrome on my computer. Tried using a different computer, was able to sign in on that computer using Internet Explorer, as well as using Google Chrome.
