Help or Explanation please?

HELP. I need an explanation about my account, i recive a ban in my main account for life. In this accunt i have expended 6 years of my life and alot of money(90000mxn), i have reserved games on wait list, Xbox live gold for 1 year,(my account was always
gold).

I can’t even login on the enforcement page, to see why i just recive a ban FOR LIFE.

Please, seriously i need help i just can’t loose my account, i have put alot of my time and money on it, to just lose it whitout an explanation. Thanks in advance.

Need help or explanation

I just recently got the Halo 5 Guardians Limited Edition. I put in the code for the 14 Requisition packs on the back and pressed submit. When i went into the game, they weren't there at all.

No one in the forums can help you with that issue. An account suspension completely blocks the affected account from being able to sign in to the Xbox Live service for the duration of the suspension. Account suspensions are issued for a specified duration,
often of 1, 7, or 14 days, though egregious or repeated violations can result in a permanent suspension.

Account suspensions may be imposed for a variety Microsoft Code of Conduct violations. This includes, but is not limited to:

Offensive or inappropriate Xbox Live profile content

Inappropriate in-game behavior or cheating

Attempts to manipulate the Xbox Live service through network interference, feedback abuse, complaint abuse, or other system tampering

Harassment of other Xbox Live users or impersonation of Microsoft staff or partners

Attempts to exploit the Xbox Live Marketplace or Xbox Support for financial gain

Account theft, phishing, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or other players

I've never played the game but I assume it has a democratic vote to kick system. If a group of people get together and decide they want you out, well your out.
