Hey Reddit, I’m reaching out because my Xbox account was hacked and I’m really stuck. I’m hoping someone here can give advice on how to recover it or share tips that worked for them.

Here’s what happened:

• My Xbox account, \[JuiceBox#4799\], was hacked about 2 weeks ago. • The hacker changed all login info — password, email, and passkey. • Since then, the account hasn’t been used at all. I can’t see any new activity or logins.

Even though the hacker hasn’t actively used the account, I cannot log in at all, and Microsoft hasn’t fully restored access yet.

Here’s everything I can provide as proof of ownership:

5️⃣ Security Info:

• Original devices I signed in on (console, PC, mobile) • Any recovery codes still available • Security questions from the account

I’ve already submitted a Microsoft support case, but it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten my account back yet.

I’m asking the community:

• Has anyone been in this situation and successfully recovered their account? • Any tips on what extra proofs I can provide that make Microsoft restore it faster? • Advice on whether social media attention or Reddit posts help speed things up?
