    About a week ago my xbox one original started signing me out of my profile seconds after i turned it on. It says

    "Bye! Sign in using a controller."

    I have a wired controller connected all the time. I even wiped the dust off my wireless controller and still it won't work.

    I have 2 profiles on my xbox, mine own and my nephews. It will do the same with both of them.

    If i try signing in, it will (like my color themes, wall paper and apps will come up) but immidatley sign me back out with the same message.

    It doesnt matter how many times i try signing in, it kicks me back out.

    I dont have internet at my house so my xbox has been set to offline since the beginning of January 2019. Im not trying to play online or use Xbox Live.

    RDR2 wont let me play single player offline story because i cant stay signed into my account. Without my account i cant access my saved games.

    I dont get why this is happening.

    I would really rather not delete and redownload my account. I've been working on those saves for 2.5 months.

    I wouldnt want to factory reset my Xbox either. Thats a LOT of stuff to redownload.

    Internet isnt easily accessible for me.

    Hi Rogers,

    In short no, your saves are automatically saved to the cloud. So when you launch the game again you will see syncing data. This is getting the last save from the cloud.

    Hey Rogers,

    Thank you for responding. Just as our great ambassador Metal Daze suggested,
    removing your account     from the console may be a viable option. Make sure to connect your console online before removing it, in order to sync up your saves with the cloud. This will ensure all your progress will remain safe. Hope this helps! :D

    The fast solution is to try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account, yet that requires internet.

    It wont let me download the map pack it stays on 38% and it signs me out, I log back in and same again stays at 38 % and signs me out again. Very strange problem.
