    So, lately my xbox has been having issues, first it didnt want to turn on, as soo. As the startup noise ended the consol would shut off. Now that its working, the disc eject button on the consol is not only ejecting the disc, but it turns the consol off.

    HELP (not too urgent)

    Hey there,

    That's odd! Let's try these steps out:

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until the console fully powers down.
    • Once your Xbox One has fully powered down, remove the power cable from the back of the console along with any other accessories that may be plugged in. After this, let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • After 5 minutes pass, plug it all back in and power on.

    Urgent help

    Hey FL1NCH007,

    I would try power cycling your console for a start. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely > Wait 20-30 seconds > Restart the console.

    If that does not help, I say maybe you try and uninstall and reinstall the game. If that does not fix the issue you can contact Xbox Support for more guidance.

    i think what your trying to say is that your gamertag was banned ( or was it console ) and your wondering if you pay 800 microsoft points will it sort the problem out ?
