HELP: Not reciveing the preview for Xbox one

I recently was sent an invite to the beta... I did not receive any notification thru Xbox or email... I called support and they told me I was invited and accepted the invite on my be half. I still am not reciving any notice on the status of this prevew...
Please help

Cant connect to network or xbox live!

Hi, I am trying to connect to xbox live for the first time to place titanfall. Reciveing error code 4099-0000-0080-0300-8007-2741. I have tried downloading onto memory stick but this dios not seam to work. Any advice. I am streaming through laptop via ethernet
cable. Thanks

 

Hi there RFG Reclaimer did you check your messages on your console thats where invites like that would show up. If you did get a msg just follow the instructions in the msg. It can take up to 4 days to be accepted into the preview program. Also phone support
cant tell if you've been invited to the preview program they dont have access to that.

 

That's just what they told me, and i haven't revived a Xbox message... Also it has been about 5 days sence I got invited

 

If you didnt recieve a msg from xbox live concerning the preview program in 5 days i would pm official support on these forums to see whats going on, like i stated above the info given to you by phone support is false.

 

And how would I go about doing that?

 

Go to one of the announcements here on the support forums posted by a mister or misses, under there post next to like, select private message, a little msg window will open the official supports gamertag should be at the top. Once you do that go to (Results in Xbox - Microsoft Community)
scroll to the bottom of the page and your private msg will appear, just check back now and then for a reply from the mister or misses you messaged.
