    Hi.

    As above really sons xbox is pretty much a blank screen on Power On. Initial logg in messages, his gamer tag logged

    in headphones connected etc.

    Then this error code thats it..

    I cant do any other resets etc as i cant get to the home screen just this error code page.

    Weve done all available resets, holding the front button power button down is all we can do .??

    Nothing will happen

    Hello, can someone please help me. When I turn my Xbox on it comes up with 'something went wrong' and an error code 0x87af000b I was wondering if there is anything i can do to stop this. I can't even get on the home page or anything. I've tried unplugging
    it and everything, nothing will work.

    Same problem except that I have to unplug power supply to unlock home screen and restore function to controller. No Error code, just freezes at home screen.

    I think it's an update that I can't install. I keep getting this error code 0x87AF000B

    Everything is starting to work correctly again on my other devices and Xbox.
