    HELP no audio at all on xbox one


    i've tried reseting my MAC address, rebooting, resetting my whole console, power cycling, using different aux cables, using different speakers and still nothing works im not sure why this problem has come up as it was working fine last night but im not sure how to fix it. I tried editing my mixer options in the guide but they're greyed out and I can't access them for some reason. not sure what to do.

    Here is a list of trouble shooting problems for audio and visual for LoveFilm. I presume from the information you gave us that whatever is effecting one app will be the same for all. Hope this helps :D

    Hi There,

    Have you tried On the Xbox One, going into All settings > Display & sound. Under ‘Audio Output’ selecting ‘Optical audio’ and choose ‘Stereo
    uncompressed.

    It should help with the static coming out of your Xbox and headset.
