    HELP........ New to this, can't connect to Xbox live


    hello, we have connected our wifi and hubby and son have little profiles. We are trying to get onto xbox live now and when I enter my name, email and password it says there is already a profile connected to that account. I am at a loss of what to do. Please
    some help, I have spent hours shouting at this thing!

    xbox status code 3f4a 0000 3080 0509 8007 0070 New error?? Can't seem to find any thing about this. I can't connect to live say update must be done before you can connect to live but when I run the update I get this error or status Help anyone?

    Xbox is connected to internet, but won't do the Upgrade.

    This is really lame. had no problems connecting prior to this patch and now I it says I can connect to the internet but not to XBOX Live, and of course I can't complete this new patch without connecting to xbox live.

    How has this preview update been allowed!?

    With the new update it connects to my internet but not my xbox live and to just add to the problems i can't even get into the preview dashboard to report a problem.

    And xbox says they can't help that I'll have to go though these forums and try get a hold of someone who works for the program
