Help needed with xbox x not starting , 2 times already repair , again broken

after 2 repairs xbox is again broken , same issue when starting it it goes off after 1 sec, i tried evrything

Now i try again to get service but can't add it for repair cause it's just our gaurantee i think

so it was shipped back to germany 2 times in one month , after it comes back it works for a few day's then again same issue

i believe it has a problem with the fan ?

please can somebody help me this time , my kid is very sad again

i know but i can not select the xbox but only assesoires , , very strange cause the last 2 times it worked , he is out of warrant from 3 august, cc card is on our account as well but can't repair the xbox

Well can you tell me why i can not select this option in microsoft anymore ??

I believe your console is out of warranty.

i just found out something, the xbox x is directley aatached to the power in the wall, another power socket on other wall does not do anything

we already bought a new power cable so that's not the problem.

but when we plugg out the hdmi cable and the power cable for 4 h , then the box works , you can play with it for h, when you shut it down , and start it back up it shuts down after 1 sec, then disconect all cables , wait for 4 h , then the box starts again fine ?????

i do not know how it's possible but when i go to my account i can click on the xbox x to ask for service but not for the box only accessoires

asking online help does not work anymore , the other 2 times it worked , i live in belgium phone is also not possible

can you help dj ?
