Help needed with rewards account.

I preordered Wolfenstein, Assassins Creed, South Park, and Call of Duty. Call of Duty:WW2 was the last of that group to come out and yet it’s the only one that is showing up on my punchcard. I want to make sure I get the extra 15,000 reward points for the
promotion and the rewards for completing it but for some reason it’s only triggering CoD (the last one I did). That is quite a bit of rewards that I am missing out on. Thanks for your help!

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Since only your Call of Duty pre-order was made during the offer period, it was the only eligible purchase. Your South Park purchase was not a pre-order. From the FAQ:

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order
each game before its shown release date to qualify. Please note that retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to
determine local time.

Xbox rewards are not sent via email so you would not have missed any rewards. Any emails that would have been sent would be updates on your rewards statement which you can via on the MyRewards section of the rewards site.

To have emails sent when you get a post on the forums, you would need to change your settings at the top of the forums.

Rewards Credits are not sent via email. The only thing you would have missed is your Rewards statements, which is just a monthly snapshot of what is shown on your MyRewards page.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The amount you need to spend would depend on the region your account is set for. If your Rewards account is set for the US, you would need to spend $60USD.
If your account set for Canada, you would need to spend $64CAD. The program will not recognize purchases made outside of your region.
