Help needed to cancel a subscription

Please help!

I've 2 direct debits coming out of my bank account since Feb 2017 for €6.99 each and there are no active subscriptions on our XBox One account. I seem to be sent around the houses when trying to cancel or find out more from Microsoft Support.

I can't get my bank to cancel the direct debits as there were no traditional 'originator mandates' submitted,

Head over to commerce.microsoft.com, login, click subscriptions and cancel it from there.
