Help Needed - Regarding Friends & Followers

Hi, theres something I've had some trouble understanding for a while now.

On someone's profile page (Xbox One) you see bio, name, location etc etc. There's also a friend count and a follower count.

Where I'm a little confused is that on some people's profiles it will say "Followers - 100"......"Friends - 50". So does that mean the person has 100 followers, but has only chosen to add 50 back?



And then on other accounts it just says "Followers - 100" and the Friends count is missing. Why is it missing? Does that mean the person isn't friends with anyone?



And yet on other accounts, under friends, sometimes it says "You" and sometimes it says "You + 49". That question is less significant but I was wondering why sometimes it says "you" and sometimes "you" plus a number at the end.



And finally, in the Xbox privacy settings, under "Who can see my friends", there's 3 options, Everybody, Only Friends, or Block. I'm not sure which one to pick and what the result will be when others visit my profile page.

Friends and followers list help needed

My question sounds simple. And I hope the solution is as well.

How do i move some of my Friends over to my Followers list? I tried unfriending, but that only removes them completely. Problem is that most of my friends are followers before we had a follower option. And also, each time I accept a friend, it puts them
on my friends list instead of follow. I really only have about 50 friends that i play with. The rest eed to be on my follow list. But I don't want to remove them completely. How do I go about doing this? Thanks

Delete them and resend your invite to friend. As long as they do not add you as friend you will stay followers.

 

You've nailed the answer to your first question.

The 2nd one could also mean they have their friends list hidden but followers would still show up.

Third one usually means you are friends with the person if it says "you + x amount of others.

No.4 is pretty much explains itself.If you have your friends list set to "block then no one but you can see it,"friends only" then only people you are friends with can see it & "everybody" means anyone can see your friends list.
