    Help Needed from XBox Support: Limbo Code


    Hey, Happy Holidays!

    I'm an Xbox One early adopter. I got the email about my Limbo code. It arrived on my XBox 360, oddly enough. I never found a corresponding notification on my XBox One, where I'd been looking for it.

    As soon as I saw the email, I wanted to copy the code. I thought I could select the email to enlarge it and maybe get "select and copy" options for the code.

    But no sooner did I press the "A" button to select the email, than it was deleted. "Delete" is the default action, apparently.

    So I need a new code.

    Can someone from XBox Support please help?

    Why aren't the Support Agents answering anyone about the lack of Limbo codes?

    Theres loads of unanswered threads in the past week with plenty of *** off people.

    This needs to be pushed up the line .
