help needed for xbox 360

Hi, I watch Netflix on the xbox and for no reason a line pops up on the screen and asks if I want to exit. Most of the time it disappears but sometimes it kicks me out of Netflix. Also, for no reason at all it will start to rewind on its own. This happens
a lot more. Can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening?

Signed In But Not Connected To Xbox Live

Help Needed: I've connected my Xbox 360 to my Xbox One with a HDMI cable. Everything works fine except for Xbox Live. My profile is signed in but it says I'm not connected to Xbox Live. Any help or tips would be gratefully received.

Xbox live Gold Free Trial issue

Hi there! So, I've just got an Xbox 360 recently and I have wanted to do the free trial. So I did everything you needed to do get a free trial, I apparently have it working on my Microsoft Subscriptions but not my Xbox 360. I also had an Xbox Live Silver
account before I knew you needed a Gold for online games. So I'd like to please have help.

Do you have a Kinect attached to the console and turned on? If so it could be hand gestures or something that is said that sounds like a command for the sensor.

I'm thinking it may be the Kinect and might try to disconnect it. And no I'm not sitting on the remote.

Hi, is the game an original Xbox game or an Xbox 360 game? That message usually is for an original Xbox game. If it is an original Xbox game, then the hard drive you installed is not an official Xbox 360 hard drive, which you need to play those games.

You should configuring the wireless security. It is recommended that you use
WPA2 Personal security mode for your Linksys Wireless-N router.
Here's how.

Make sure you are using the latest firmware for your router. Visit the manufacturs website and download the latest firmware. If you have tried the use of UPnP and alternate mac address without any success you can try setup a static IP address (Port
Forwarding). Remember to disable UPnP and DMZ whith the use of Port Forwarding.

Under security tab and firewall uncheck Filter Anonymous Internet Requests.
This has been known to cause NAT issues.
