    Help needed for Privacy and Online Safety Settings


    Hello, I need help with my privacy and online safety settings. I am trying to download a free game off xbox live, but it is saying my settings don't allow purchases, which I do not understand. To be sure, I went to privacy and online safety settings and
    changed them to allow purchases, but it is still not letting me do so.

    Any tips or ways for me to be able to change this setting?

    Im trying to download the Thief btw which is free today (Dec 25)...
