    Help...Need More Space


    Hi All

    My X1 HDD is now totally full, to the point where i am having.....very reluctantly to uninstall games to fit new stuff on, so im looking for an external drive, if we can use them yet ???, but if anyone can point to a good one please, and the bigger the better,
    it would be most appreciated

    Need more room/space

    I play Minecraft ..a lot and I have many levels saved on my console , now I want to play black ops and it keep saying I need to delete something to make more space. NOW, is there a way to SAVE what I already have ..somewhere so I can download /play a game.

    yes you can use them

    personally ive got a seagate SSHD drive - you get all the benefits of drive space with the 8GB cache solid state performance of start up times, only costs a tiny bit more than drives of the same size.

    Using a 1.5 TB Seagate and a 1 TB Hewlitt Packard HDD both work fine. I really don't think you can go wrong. Just depends on the size and what your willing to spend. It will take me a while to fill mine. I went all digital so I have just basically got Copies
    on each drive so I never have to redownload them again with my poor speeds.

    Guys thank you, what is the largest drive that X1 can take please, and also can i just buy ANY external HDD ?

    any external HDD, i *think* the max is you can have 16TB

    Must be a USB 3.0 and the min is 256GB and the max is 16 TB.

    Yes that hard drive has more then enough space and should work well with your Xbox One.
