    Help my Xbox one s is being a weirdo


    My xbox one is refusing to play nowtv ....will let me onto the app and pick something but bring up an error code about the player....i have done all the troubleshooting like turning it off, uninstalling, signing out , resetting the whole xbox....but nothing
    is woriking !! Please help

    I have been watching nowtv on my xbox one for about 6 months....perfectly!! Up until a few weeks ago!! The app is readily available on the xbox one store and works ....can anyone else help me out? I dont get it....if its not for xbox one why has it been
    working and why is it actually in the store 🤷��‍♀️

    There is no record of NOW TV being on Xbox One, but the app is available on an Xbox 360 console. This information can be found at our
    set up the NOW TV app on Xbox 360 support article.

    Are you attempting to do this on an Xbox One or an Xbox 360?

    Try deleting the app, restarting the console and downloading the app again.

    Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. The offender was not a random gamer and I have blocked both tags, I should not have to appear offline to avoid being harassed, i should not have to block a new gamertag everyday to avoid being harassed.
    I have been on live for over a decade, this is not just some random being "mean", this is me being specifically targeted by one individual, making multiple gt's to harass and E-stalk me and you can't do anything about it?

    I get suspended because my husband said "stop messaging my wife you [mod removed] weirdo" but nothing happens to the actual weirdo, talk about victim blaming, great PR Xbox.
