help!!!!! my xbox one is glitching

there is something wrong with my xbox one. for all my xbox one original games have trouble with the gameplay, visualizations & fps. my xbox one only does so with xboxone games not with tha older 360 games. is this fixable and if yes how do i fix it....... andplease dont say things like just uninstall the games, than hardreset the console and reinstalll the games.... cuz thats what this comunity first told me to do weeks ago and i did so several times, but guess what!!!!! that ''solution'' did not fix it or do anything other than wasting my time reinstallingh everything again.

im am so hoping to hear someone come with an exual real working solution. please let me know asap

Alright. At this point, I strongly believe that the account is somehow glitched. It may have occurred since my account was originally transferred from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, so I did expect some glitch or odd event to eventually occur.

Thank you for your help, though. I'll keep you posted on a solution if I come across one.

That's not going to help. The issue is with the Xbox one x itself. They have a glitch in them, and nothing you do will help. There needs to be a recall.

try removing the account from the console (DO NOT DELETE THE GAMES AND SAVE FILES) and redownload your profile.
