help my xbox is in Russian

I bought an xbox one from someone and when I turned it on to set it up everything is in Russian I think. I managed to connect to wifi and it seems to be updating but when it asked what region I was in I did not find usa so I chose Australia because that was the only one I recognized that speaks English. is there a way to fix this

Are you on the United States? Did you purchase the console from a person that is on the same country as you?

Please take a look at this article and see if your Microsoft account and Xbox profile are on the correct country/region. If they are, try to power reset your console and try to change its country/region again:

1. Turn off your console and your router/modem.
2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.
4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

my location is Russian Federation and all the settings for Xbox are in Russian, the language was chosen also Russian.

taky mam ten problem? jak prosim resit, nastaveni mam v anglictine a gta V v polstine. Dekuji za radu.
