help! my xbox is freeking out

i was playing some tom clancy's rainbow six siege ( operation health ).

and the audio started to fade away, after 3 min of the audio doing weird, the console loaded very slowly/not.(for example the messages wont load/ rainbow six siege was stuck in a loading screen. but i could still see the scoreboard etc. )so after 5 min of
waiting and not being able to do something i decided to turn of the xbox. as soon as i pressed the xbox on/off button it made the sound( the sound when the xbox turns off) but nothing happend. the xbox button still shines a bright light and still made sound.
only the controller turns off and on. so i pulled out the plug. ( the xbox shot off as soon as i pulled out the plug) and waited 30 sec and stuck the plug back in. turned on the xbox and waited. everything seemed normal. the xbox logo came o,n the screen and
i was able to turn the controller back on. but as soon as it says "name" is logging in the xbox says the following: oops somethig went wrong..... gave me some options like turn of the xbox or reset the xbox.. with the code :E105 00000000 80070003. and thats
all. i tried to press turn of the xbox but same thing happens: screen stays the same, controller goes off, makes the turn off sound... but he stays on

i hope u guys understand my bad english

and i hope there is a way to fix it without resetting my xbox

Somebody freeking help me!

I am ready to smash my 360 into paste if I dont get help for my rage.MLB 2K13 has terrible music so I'm trying to create my own playlist from the saved music on my hard drive.I have been trying for the last hour and havent been able to do anything other
than name an empty playlist.How can I add songs to it ? Why cant anything with MS ever be simple? Are there any online tutorials or anything that could prevent me from throwing my console through the wall?

please see this trouble shooting page, it has several steps for start up issues like this:

If none of the steps work, then try factory resetting the console, you should get the option to keep games and apps installed. *You will need to download your profile afterwards etc, so you'll need the credentials for it

If all fails you will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page.
