I would enjoy, perhaps... some sort of notice that there is an issue, rather than spending the last 1hour trying to sign in thinking I'm losing my mind. The status on the X box home page doesn't even hint at any error. On the contrary, it says the Xbox
Live status is 'up and running...' [Mod Removed]? I had to enter a public forum to discover there is a problem? This is not the customer service I have come to expect from Microsoft, but it seems to be the customer service that I should start getting comfortable
with. I wish Steve Jobs were still alive, may he rest in peace.

And to make matters worse, now... I need to go interact with my family. (Which is what I was trying to avoid by buying this 'amazing' black brick!)

I get disconnected from xbox live while playing every 10 minutes

I just checked and microsoft is no longer fixing the Xbox 1X either. very sad. So we have to go third party. Makes you wonder if you really want to do that upgrade to a $500 console that in a few short years will be a paperweight if it fails too...

Hello thanks for the quick replies.

so i tried to do a hard reset again and my xbox won't give me the second beep. My xbox just turns on then turns off, it seems i will have to actually take it in.

If i take it in will i get another white xbox 1x because it honestly sounds like something in my xbox is broken somehow? i only got the X because they offered a white version of it.
